Two Agencies the Same Size Can Be Two Very Different Engagements.
What changes the fee is the complexity of the organization, condition of current systems and documentation, number of services or locations involved, urgency, existing findings, and the level of leadership support required. Agency size alone doesn't determine price.

Terms. Project engagements generally require 50% at signing and 50% before final delivery. Smaller engagements may require payment in full before work begins. Executive Advisory is billed monthly in advance. Timelines begin after requested records and access are received. Work outside the agreed scope requires written approval of the revised scope, fee, and timeline. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

How many consulting hours do I get?
We don't sell blocks of consulting hours. You're purchasing defined work, deliverables, and a timeline.
Why not just buy a policy manual?
The problem is often not whether a policy exists. It's whether the policy reflects current requirements and whether day-to-day practice actually follows it.
Can you guarantee we'll pass a survey or review?
No. We can identify vulnerabilities and help leadership address them. We don't control the judgment of regulators, payers, MCOs, or other reviewing entities.
